My name is Norbert Bader. I am a post doctoral researcher currently working at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imkt.uni-hannover.de\/\">Institute of Machine Design and Tribology<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-hannover.de\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.uni-hannover.de\/\">Leibniz University Hannover<\/a>. My main research focus is in the field of Tribology and concerned with the study of lubricant behaviour in moving contacts of machine elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especially the high pressure rheology of lubricants in highly loaded non-conforming contacts, that is elastohydrodynamic lubricated contacts (EHL), forms the basis of my research. This was also the topic of my PhD thesis entitled <em>Traction in EHL-Contacts &#8211; the influence of local fluid rheology and temperatures<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15488\/4459\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15488\/4459<\/a>) written with Prof. Dr.-Ing. G.
